A native of the Greater St. Louis area, Dr. Blake attended Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville and Southern Illinois University-School of Dental Medicine where he attained a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD). During dental school, Dr. Blake received the honors of the Delta Dental of Illinois Oral Health Scholarship and the International College of Dentistry Award for Excellence in Clinical Dentistry.
Dr. Blake has attained advanced training through Wehrle Implant Group, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and advanced training in digital dentistry through Cad-Ray technology.
